Shipping & Return Policies
We want you to feel confident and happy when shopping with us online. To help set clear expectations, we’ve outlined our shipping and returns policy below so you can easily review all of the details before placing your order.
Shipping Information
We ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Influence Style ships all orders via UPS, using the following services:
- UPS Ground
- UPS Next Day
- UPS Next Day AirSaver
Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship on Monday.
Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for same-day processing on UPS Next Day services.
Delivery times are not guaranteed unless an upgraded shipping option is selected. Please note that orders placed on Friday with UPS Overnight shipping are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery.
We do not ship to domestic PO Boxes via UPS. USPS is required for PO Box deliveries.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking and Delivery
All orders include tracking with delivery confirmation.
If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and are unable to file claims on your behalf. However, we are happy to assist in any way possible to help locate your package.
Return Policy
InfluenceStyle.com and our brick-and-mortar boutique located at 468 Quay Commons operate under the same brand but are separate business entities and follow different return policies. Online returns must be received within 15 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund, less shipping, and returns received after 15 days and within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only. All returned items must have original Influence Style tags attached and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In-store returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days.
Items Not Accepted for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items without original tags attached
- Items that have been altered, worn or washed
- Items with makeup or deodorant stains
- Items with odors (Example: perfume, smoke, etc....)
Influencestyle.com does not accept returns or exchanges on accessories, belts, bathing suits, handbags, jewelry, leather goods, or lingerie.
Sale Items
Items that are permanently marked down as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit. Items purchased during a temporary promotional discount or limited time sale event may be returned for store credit only.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Orders that are refused or declined at delivery after shipping will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, in addition to all shipping charges.
If you choose to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Influence Style is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages or for compensation related to packages lost while in transit.

When returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed inside an additional shipping box to protect the item. Returns will not be accepted if return labels are placed directly on the shoe box.
Return Review and Refund Processing Timeline
All returns and exchanges are reviewed upon receipt and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Influence Style, as applicable.
Approved returns are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase, less shipping charges. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
If a return is denied for any reason, the merchandise will be returned to the purchaser at the customer’s expense.
